The Soc Son District Land Fund Development Center in collaboration with Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company has just successfully organized an auction of the right to use 33 plots of land in Thach Loi village, Thanh Xuan commune, Soc Son district, Hanoi on March 29.
The total area of the auctioned land is 3,680 m2 of residential land, the plots of land have an area of 108.6 - 121.4 m2, the maximum height is 6 floors. Starting price 10,673,000 VND/m2.
With favorable location in terms of transportation and living and business conditions, after a direct secret ballot method, the highest winning price was up to 120.67 million VND/m2, belonging to a plot of land marked A1, area of 108.6m2 (equivalent to the total value of the plot of land of 13.1 billion VND, 11.9 billion VND higher than the total starting price). The lowest winning price was 68.67 million VND/m2 (land plot marked B2, area 110.8 m2).
The remaining plots of land with winning prices were mainly from over 70 - 90 million VND/m2; and 1 plot of land was paid nearly 96.7 million VND/m2 (code A2, area 108.8 m2).
The leader of Soc Son district said that the total amount of money collected from the local budget after this auction is estimated at nearly 289 billion VND, an increase of nearly 250 billion VND compared to the total starting price of all 33 plots of land.
Previously, on March 20, the Soc Son District Land Fund Development Center coordinated with National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 to successfully auction 23 plots of land in Duoc Thuong village, Tien Duoc commune. This is the central area for the development of Soc Son satellite urban area.
The plots of land have an area of 89 - 200m2. The starting auction price is 17,457,000 VND/m2. The step price is 2 million VND/m2. The deposit for each plot of land is from 311 - 698 million VND/plot of land. The auction is a direct secret ballot by the method of bidding up.
As a result, the plot of land with the highest winning bid was 93.4 million VND/m2; the lowest was 63.4 million VND/m2 (more than 5.3 times higher than the starting price). The price is considered high compared to the general level in the area.
