Data from Da Nang Statistics shows that in October 2025, the real estate business sector will continue to be a bright spot, playing a leading role in the growth of the entire industry group.
After a period of strong adjustment in 2024, the Da Nang market from the third quarter of 2025 has gradually improved thanks to policies to remove legal obstacles, adjust land price frameworks, along with the progress of implementing a series of key infrastructure projects.
The unit noted that the number of real estate transactions has increased again, especially in the land and townhouse segments, showing that investor confidence is recovering. Thanks to that, real estate business revenue in October and accumulated in the first 10 months of the year continued to increase strongly, contributing significantly to the overall growth of the service sector.
According to the report on the real estate market in Da Nang City in the third quarter of 2025 by DKRA Consulting Real Estate Group, the land segment with primary supply recorded an increase of 85% over the same period in 2024.
It is forecasted that in the fourth quarter of 2025, new supply in the Da Nang land segment will maintain a positive growth trend, with about 850 - 950 new products expected to be opened for sale.
At the event "Overview of the real estate market in the third quarter of 2025" organized by the website Batdongsan.com.vn, the real estate market in the Central region maintained a stable growth rate with an interest rate of 13% over the same period in 2024.
Notably, Da Nang City and Khanh Hoa Province continue to play the leading role, accounting for 84% of the total level of interest in the whole region.
Mr. Ha Nghiem - Director of Da Nang branch of Batdongsan.com.vn - said that real estate prices in the old Quang Nam area continued to cause surprise with an increase of 44%, while Da Nang increased by 25%.
In particular, real estate in Da Nang has become a clear beneficiary channel, reflected in strong growth in interest and selling prices, surpassing other provinces and cities in the region.
