On June 26, Mr. Le Nhu Thach - Chairman of the Board of Directors of BCons Group - said that the enterprise is preparing to invest in the Bcons Binh An - Dong Tay project.
The project is built on Thong Nhat Street, Di An City, Binh Duong Province. The route connects with Hanoi Highway, adjacent to Ho Chi Minh City National University urban area.
The land for the project is 30,000 m2 wide, with a total investment of more than VND6,500 billion, including a complex of more than 1,800 apartments.
Notably, the project will deploy a 39-storey twin tower for commercial services with a total area of nearly 173,000 m2.
The investor will implement the project for 3 years and put it into operation in 2028.
Mr. Le Nhu Thach said that this will be the headquarters of Bcons Group in the future.
According to records, BCons Group is one of the real estate enterprises that have built many apartments in Binh Duong. This enterprise has put into operation more than 12,000 apartments, 5 office buildings for rent, more than 1,000 service apartments and hotel complexes; is implementing the construction of 5,000 apartments. In addition to the real estate sector, this enterprise is developing primary, secondary and high schools to meet the learning needs in Di An city.
