The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued a decision on rewarding collectives awarded the Emulation Flag of the Government and individuals awarded the title of "National Emulation Fighter".
The decision clearly states the following bonuses according to regulations:
4 groups were awarded the Emulation Flag of the Government. Bonus level: VND 28,080,000/group.
1 individual was awarded the title of "National Emulation Fighter". Bonus level: 10,530,000 VND/individual.
Total bonus: 122,850,000 (One hundred twenty-two million, eight hundred and fifty thousand VND in equal amount).
I. List of 4 collectives awarded the Emulation Flag of the Government includes:
1. Dong Nguyen 2 Kindergarten - Dong Nguyen Ward, Bac Ninh Province.
2. Tuong Giang Secondary School - Tam Son Ward, Bac Ninh Province.
3. Le Van Thinh High School - Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh province.
4. Luong Tai High School No. 2 - Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh province.
II. Title of "National Emulation Fighter" (1 individual)
Mr. Mai Van Duan - Deputy Head of the Citizen Reception Committee, Office of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province.
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 21 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation in 2022 on the title of "National Emulation Fighter", in case an individual is twice consecutively awarded the title of "Provincial Emulation Fighter" and has an initiative recognized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee that is effectively applied and can be replicated nationwide, it can be proposed to be awarded the title of "National Emulation Fighter".
The proposal to award the title of "National Emulation Fighter" must be made immediately after the individual is awarded the title of "Provincial Emulation Fighter" for the second time.
Regarding the consideration of awarding the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit to individuals who have been awarded the title of "Provincial Emulation Fighter", it is necessary to base on the specific achievements of the individual and the conditions and standards of each emulation title and form of commendation; at the same time, it is necessary to ensure the general principles stipulated in Clause 2, Article 5 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation 2022.
