On December 15, the People's Committee of Phuoc Thang Ward (HCMC) announced the decision approving the project to locally adjust the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 of the Vuon Xuan High-end Housing Project in the area.
In particular, adjust the land use nature for land lot LK14, with an area of about 0.36 hectares, from consecutive resettlement housing land to adjacent residential land. Other contents remain the same as the previously approved plan.
According to the People's Committee of Phuoc Thang Ward, the adjustment is implemented according to the direction of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City; the Party Committee of Phuoc Thang Ward and the instructions of the Department of Construction and the Department of Planning of Kien Truc Ho Chi Minh City.
Before adjustment, the adjacent houses marked LK had a total area of 83,413.7 m2, with 906 apartments, including 862 adjacent houses and 44 resettlement adjacent houses. After adjustment, the other parameters remained the same, only changing that all 906 apartments were townhouses.
The People's Committee of Phuoc Thang Ward also requires the project investor to be responsible for publicizing the planning; installing approved planning drawing boards in the area to publicize to organizations and individuals. At the same time, continue to implement construction investment projects in accordance with approved planning content; comply with current regulations; carry out related procedures according to legal regulations (if any).
