On September 19, Long Thanh Ward People's Committee, Dong Nai City publicly posted the expected compensation plan under the Project to Upgrade and Expand Road 769 section passing through the ward (phase 8).
According to the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center - Long Thanh branch, this 8th phase has 5 cases of land recovery of more than 5,500m2, with a total compensation value of more than 1.4 billion VND.
Previously, in phase 7, Long Thanh Ward People's Committee also publicly posted compensation plans for 39 cases of land recovery with an area of more than 6,400m2, with a total compensation value of nearly 39 billion VND.
The Project to Upgrade and Expand Road 769 has a total land recovery area of about 135.5 ha in 3 communes and wards including: Dau Giay, Binh An and Long Thanh. According to the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center, to date, the entire project has handed over an area of more than 71ha, reaching nearly 52.5%.
Previously, on July 10, the Project to Upgrade and Expand Road 769 was started.
The project is nearly 30 km long, starting point intersecting with National Highway 1 at Dau Giay intersection, Dau Giay ward, Dong Nai city; ending point intersecting with National Highway 51 at Loc An intersection, Long Thanh ward, Dong Nai city, playing the role of connecting Long Thanh airport.
After starting construction, contractors mobilized machinery and equipment to build camps, operating houses and clear the ground, constructing the roadbed.
