The working group is tasked with advising and supporting Tran Bien Ward People's Committee and related units in handling difficulties and obstacles related to compensation and site clearance for the Hiep Hoa Urban Area project; Summarizing difficulties and obstacles not under the jurisdiction of Tran Bien Ward People's Committee arising during the implementation process, promptly advising the Provincial People's Committee to consider handling them to ensure project progress.
The Hiep Hoa Urban Area project has an area of 293 ha, recovering land from 1,692 households and individuals/3,079 land plots in Hiep Hoa ward, Bien Hoa city (now Tran Bien ward, Dong Nai province).
The project's investment capital is over 72,000 billion VND, including total construction investment and site clearance costs to support resettlement.
The Hiep Hoa Urban Area project is invested with the goal of building a new urban area and service complex, low density, spacious, modern, and harmonious with the natural landscape.
