According to the document, to ensure the implementation of compensation, support and resettlement according to regulations, the Bien Hoa City Land Fund Development Center informs households, individuals and organizations whose houses and land are recovered in the project: Cases that have been notified of land recovery of Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project in Hiep Hoa Ward, Bien Hoa City are in the cadastral map extracts No. 170, 171, 172, 173, 174, 175, 176 on April 17, with an area of about 100 hectares, including 1,073 land recovery notices.
Currently, the People's Committee of Hiep Hoa Ward has coordinated to send notices of land reclamation to each person whose land is being reclamation, the owner of assets attached to the land, and people with related rights and obligations.

Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee approved a consortium of 5 investors to implement Hiep Hoa Urban Area Project.
The project's investment capital is more than VND 72,000 billion, including total construction investment and resettlement support site clearance costs.
