Machino Phu Xuan Co., Ltd. has just announced information about a social housing construction project belonging to the land fund in the commercial housing development project planning in Tien Phong ward and Phu Xuan commune, Hung Yen province (formerly Thai Binh city).
The project is implemented in Thai Binh and Tran Hung Dao wards, Hung Yen province, invested by Machino Phu Xuan Co., Ltd., located at L13-LK3 Damsan Urban Area, Quach Dinh Bao street, Tran Hung Dao ward, Hung Yen province.
The project is invested directly from non-budget capital sources, with a total area of 4,633.8 m2, of which the construction area of technical infrastructure is 2,023.8 m2 and the construction area of social housing is 2,610 m2.
The social housing block includes 2 buildings A and B, 15 floors high, with a total floor area of about 30,588 m2, providing 312 apartments, meeting the population size of about 766 people.
In which, the 1st floor is arranged with a resident lobby, security room, technical room, community living room, kindergarten, common toilet and some commercial - service spaces. The 2nd floor is arranged as a parking area for residents. From the 3rd floor to the 15th floor, each floor has 24 apartments.
Apartments have an area from 32.7 m2 to 77 m2, including 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms.
The expected selling price ranges from 18,847.10 VND/m2 to 21,928.861 VND/m2 (including VAT, excluding apartment building maintenance costs as prescribed).
Application submission time is from June 1 to July 10 (excluding Sundays and holidays), implemented in the third and fourth quarters of 2026, completed in the second quarter of 2027.
