The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision on approving the Outline for the Project to develop Hoa Lac High-Tech Park to 2030, with a vision to 2045.
The purpose is to build a scientific basis to serve the work of advising the Hanoi Party Committee in determining guidelines, policies and orientations for the development of Hoa Lac High-Tech Park in the next phase, ensuring sustainable, effective development and in accordance with the requirements of socio-economic development of the capital and the country.
Based on the assessment of the potential, current status and development trends of the high-tech park, the project will propose specific directions and solutions to develop Hoa Lac High-Tech Park into a center for research and application of high technology, a city of Science and Technology.
The City People's Committee requires the project to be built on a solid scientific research basis, ensuring feasibility; solutions must be synchronous and in line with the socio-economic development strategy of the Capital and the country.
In addition, it is necessary to clearly define short-term, medium-term and long-term development goals, ensuring synchronous development of technical infrastructure factors, society, human resources, and scientific and technological research.
At the same time, it is necessary to protect the environment and develop sustainably; it is necessary to build a close coordination mechanism between all levels, sectors and relevant authorities, ensuring synchronous and unified leadership and direction in implementing the project.
