The People's Council of Lang Son province has issued a land price list applied in Dong Dang commune.
According to the land price list, the two highest positions are at the same level of 12.8 million VND/m2, which are Nam Quan street and Hoang Van Thu street section 1.
Immediately after that are the East, North market, old Bach Hoa streets with 12.6 million VND/m2; Tran Hung Dao street section 1 reached 10.1 million VND/m2; Tran Hung Dao street section 2 is 9.9 million VND/m2; Nguyen Dinh Loc street section 1 is at 9.8 million VND/m2; Luong Van Tri street section 1 is 8.6 million VND/m2.

Some other central routes also maintain a fairly high price level such as Thanh Nien street at 5.7 million VND/m2, Bac Son street at 5.4 million VND/m2, Huu Nghi street section 2 is 4.3 million VND/m2.
Many resettlement areas and new residential areas also recorded notable prices.
In which, the resettlement area of the administrative - urban project of Dong Dang town is priced at 5.35 million VND/m2; the resettlement area and residents of the Goods Transshipment Area project of Dong Dang - Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone is 4.5 million VND/m2; the resettlement area and residents of the Export Processing Zone 1 project is at 4.2 million VND/m2.
The resettlement area of the Huu Nghi - Chi Lang expressway project in Thuy Hung commune has a main axis line priced at 5.5 million VND/m2, and a branch line is 4.8 million VND/m2.
Meanwhile, land prices in rural areas are much lower.
Village groups such as Vuon Sai, Nam Quan, Keo Kham, Ga, Hoang Van Thu, Lo Ren, Day Thep are at 440,000 VND/m2; Na Lam, Na Pai, Tam Lung, Con Pheo, Po Nhung, Na An groups are at 320,000 VND/m2; the lowest are Tham Mo, Ban Liep, Phu Son, Phu Thinh, Loc Ho, Phu Thuong groups with 220,000 VND/m2.
Not only residential land, the land price list in Dong Dang commune also stipulates high levels for commercial and service land and non-agricultural production facilities. In which, the highest commercial and service land is 10.24 million VND/m2, and the highest non-agricultural production facility land is 8.96 million VND/m2, both concentrated in Nam Quan street and Hoang Van Thu street section 1.
