On July 18, Da Nang City People's Committee issued a framework price for public housing rentals in the city from July 21.
According to the newly issued decision, the service price framework for public housing rental applies to agencies and units managing and operating public housing and organizations and individuals related to the use of public housing in Da Nang city.
Specifically, for the type of Official House (without elevator), the rental price is regulated as follows:
- Minimum rental price: 6,200 VND/m2/month.
- Maximum rental price: 18,400 VND/m2/month.
(The above price does not include other service costs if any).
Da Nang City People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to be responsible for guiding and inspecting the implementation of the framework price for public housing rentals in accordance with the law.
At the same time, in the process of implementation, when there are changes in legal regulations or fluctuations in socio-economic conditions leading to an increase or decrease in the rental price frame from 10% or more, the Department of Construction is responsible for presiding over the review and promptly advising the City People's Committee to consider and adjust to suit the actual situation.
For organizations and units assigned to manage and operate public housing, based on the price framework specified in this Decision and relevant regulations of the Government to develop specific rental prices for each public housing user in the locality.
