Hai Phong - The Industrial Zone Compensation Council deploys site clearance, answers questions and ensures people's rights.

In the afternoon of January 10, 2026, the Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council of the Lai Cach Industrial Park infrastructure construction and business investment project (Viet Hoa ward, Hai Phong city) held a conference to continue deploying site clearance work in the area.

At the conference, representatives of the Compensation Council informed about the policy, project progress and contents related to land acquisition, compensation, support and resettlement. In the spirit of democracy, many households expressed their opinions, focusing on policies to support and compensate for agricultural production land, fish ponds, crop areas and crops that were recovered.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee Dao Quang Duong directly answered and answered specifically the questions and requests of the people; and clarified the State's regulations related to compensation and support for agricultural land, aquaculture ponds and crops.

The Chairman of the Ward People's Committee also acknowledged the recommendations on civil works and assigned specialized departments to coordinate with businesses to summarize and report to competent authorities for consideration and resolution according to regulations.
