The investor has also completed financial obligations with an amount of more than 45 billion VND.
The second project is the multi-complex residential area Lot S4 - 3 in Tan My ward including 242 apartments, 18 stores. The project has been granted pink books with an area of 4, 630 m2, land use term of 50 years until May 19, 2043. The project was accepted and put into use in 2022 and has completed financial obligations with an amount of nearly 56 billion VND.
The 3rd project is the multi-unit residential area C17 - 2 including 19 apartments, 19 stores. The project was granted a construction permit in March 2024 and was accepted in 2025 to meet the conditions for putting it into use. The investor has also fulfilled its obligations to the state, with an amount of more than 50 billion VND.
The 4th project is the multi-complex residential area Lot CR8 - 2B including 76 apartments, 9 stores (15 floors + 1 basement). The project has also been granted a pink book by the Department of Agriculture and Environment to Phu My Hung Development Co., Ltd., with an area of 2,643.6 m2, land use term of 50 years until May 19, 2043. The project has completed financial obligations with an amount of more than 28 billion VND and in 2023 the project was accepted and put into use.
After listening to the parties' reports, Mr. Nguyen Toan Thang, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Head of Task Force 1645, agreed to issue pink books to homebuyers at the above four projects.
In addition, recently Task Force 1645 also met and agreed to remove obstacles in issuing pink books to homebuyers at the Nam Long residential area project invested by Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Company; City Gate Towers high-rise apartment complex invested by Hung Thanh Trading and Service Production Construction Co., Ltd.; residential area in Tan Thoi Hiep ward invested by Tan Tien Construction and Garment Investment Joint Stock Company and Tan Xuan residential area invested by Dat Gia Housing Consulting and Business Co., Ltd.
In recent years, the work of issuing pink books for commercial housing projects has been slow due to 6 groups of problems that the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Agriculture and Environment has raised and reported to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee for removal.
Up to now, the work of issuing certificates has had many advantages thanks to the city establishing Task Force 1645. The Task Force meets weekly, each meeting focuses on removing obstacles for 5-6 projects, including projects that have existed for decades.
According to statistics, in the old Ho Chi Minh City area alone, since working group 1645 was established in November 2024, it has held meetings to remove obstacles for 255 projects, with 33,258 houses that have been granted pink books; 9,705 dossiers transferred to tax authorities.In addition, before that, the city also removed obstacles and issued books for 77 projects with nearly 30,000 houses.
