The project of the Sports Complex South of Vo Nguyen Giap Street, with an area of over 22 hectares and a total investment of over 1,000 billion VND. The project will form a modern sports center capable of organizing professional tournaments, contributing to improving the spiritual life of the people and promoting the image of the locality.
The High-quality General Hospital project, with a scale of 150 beds and a total investment of more than VND1,500 billion, aims at international standards. This will be a modern medical facility, contributing to improving the quality of health care for people and tourists.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Ha Nam Provincial People's Committee Tran Xuan Duong emphasized that the groundbreaking of these key projects demonstrates the determination of the Party Committee, government and people of Ha Nam province in promoting investment attraction, infrastructure development, improving service quality and ensuring social security. This is also an important step to realize the double-digit economic growth target in 2025.
