On June 25, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 3179/QD-UBND on handing over 15,488m2 of land in Tam Thuan commune, Phuc Tho district to the Phuc Tho District People's Committee to implement the Cat Ha area auction technical infrastructure construction project (phase 2).
According to the decision, the above land area has completed compensation and support for site clearance, and has been confirmed by the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district.
The location, boundary and area are determined in the 1/500 scale Master Plan for Land Use, prepared by AVITYCO Architecture and Construction Joint Stock Company in 2023 and confirmed by the District Urban Management Department in accordance with Decision No. 5490/QD-UBND dated November 24, 2023 of the People's Committee of Phuc Tho District.
Of the total area of 15,488m2 of land, 6,835.7m2 of residential land is auctioned (codex L-01, L-02, L-03), Phuc Tho District People's Committee organizes the auction of land use rights according to regulations.
The remaining area of 8,652.3m2 is traffic land, trees and technical infrastructure of the auction area. The District People's Committee will invest in synchronously constructing technical infrastructure according to the approved plan and handing it over to specialized agencies and local authorities for management according to regulations.
The City People's Committee assigned the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district to preside over the coordination of relevant departments and branches such as the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Planning and Architecture, the Department of Justice, the Hanoi Land Registration Office... to carry out the steps: handing over land on site, managing land funds, investing in technical infrastructure, organizing auctions for land use rights, guiding the auction winners to fulfill financial obligations, registering land use rights, preparing documents to apply for a Construction License and a Certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land according to regulations.
