On December 27th, Tien Thang commune coordinated with National Partnership Auction Company No. 5 to organize the auction of 33 land plots. Total area 3,241.7 m2, collecting more than 161 billion VND.
According to the organizing unit, the auction session is conducted in the form of direct voting, with a maximum of two rounds for each land plot. The area of land plots ranges from 80.1 m2 to 124 m2. The starting price is 5.18 million VND/m2; the price step for round 1 is 25 million VND/m2, from round 2 the minimum payment is 1 million VND/m2.
As a result, all 33 land plots were successfully auctioned. The land plot with the highest winning price reached 58.18 million VND/m2, the lowest was 39.18 million VND/m2. The total winning amount reached more than 161 billion VND, about 144.2 billion VND higher than the total starting price.
Many land plots recorded high winning prices, with large differences compared to the starting price, showing the needs of the people as well as the attractiveness of the real estate market in the locality.
According to Vice Chairman of Tien Thang Commune People's Committee Phung Dinh Quy, the auction session is of great significance, contributing to innovating the management and exploitation of land funds and creating financial resources for infrastructure investment, promoting socio-economic development in the area in the post-administrative unit arrangement period.
