The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a notice on the revocation of 1,673 square meters of land at 130 Doc Ngu (Vinh Phuc Ward, Ba Dinh District) managed and used by Hanoi Investment - Construction Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 9640/QD-UB dated December 30, 2004 of the City People's Committee.
The revocation is based on the inspection conclusion dated July 8, 2024 of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment recommending land revocation according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 65 of the 2013 Land Law (land allocated or leased by the State for a limited period but not extended), now Point c, Clause 1, Article 82 of the 2024 Land Law.
The agency that prepares the recall file is the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Hanoi Investment - Construction Joint Stock Company, Ba Dinh District People's Committee, Vinh Phuc Ward People's Committee are responsible for implementing this notice according to the provisions of law; relevant units are responsible for coordinating with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment in preparing, handing over documents, determining the location of the boundary of the recovered land on the map and in the field.
