Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan has just signed and issued an official dispatch on the implementation of the target of completing social housing in 2025 and the following years until 2030 in the city.
Accordingly, the City People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to preside over, monitor and update the target of completing social housing in 2025 and the following years until 2030 in the city assigned by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 444/QD-TTg dated February 27, 2025 into the city's annual socio-economic development target.
The Department of Construction shall preside over and coordinate with the city's departments and branches to review and update the list of progress monitoring of social housing construction investment projects in the city; organize an invitation to investors to fulfill commitments on the progress of completing social housing construction investment in 2025 and the following years until 2030.
The Department of Construction promptly advises the City People's Committee to review, direct, and resolve difficulties and problems, promote investment progress in social housing construction, ensuring the ability to complete the targets in 2025 and the following years to 2030.
Based on the assigned functions and tasks, the Departments of Finance, Construction, Planning - Architecture, Agriculture and Environment review and urgently implement the tasks assigned by the City People's Committee in the document on the implementation of Official Dispatch No. 130/CD-TTg dated December 10, 2024 of the Prime Minister on urging focused direction, promptly removing difficulties and obstacles to promote the implementation of social housing projects.
