The projects to reclaim land for infrastructure business in industrial parks and industrial clusters this period include the recovery of 3 projects in the old Hai Duong province. In which, 250 hectares of land in Gia Phuc and Gia Loc communes will be reclaimed to invest in, build and trade in the infrastructure of Hoang Dieu Industrial Park; 6 hectares of land in Kinh Mon ward will be reclaimed to build a food processing and agricultural processing factory; 9.3 hectares of land in Nguyen Giap commune will be reclaimed to build a factory for the production, processing, assembling of plastic and precision mechanical products and leasing factories;
In the old Hai Phong City, land was reclaimed to develop 4 industrial clusters and industrial parks. Specifically, reclaim 57.24 hectares of land in Quyet Thang commune for investment and construction of Tien Cuong III Industrial Cluster; reclaim 150 hectares of land in Chan Huong commune for investment and construction of Tien Lang Airport Industrial Park - Area B; reclaim 204 hectares of land in Nam Trieu, Hoa Binh, Bach Dang wards for investment and construction of Thuy Nguyen Industrial Park Phase 1; reclaim 207.95 hectares in Nguyen Binh Khiem commune for investment and construction of infrastructure of Tran Duong - Hoa Binh Industrial Park (area A, phase 1).
In addition, the city also reclaimed more than 33 hectares of land to serve 3 projects and works to upgrade sea dykes, culverts under weak dykes in the communes of Chan Hung, Vinh Hoa, Vinh Hai, Vinh Am, Vinh Bao, Nguyen Binh Khiem, Quyet Thang, Tien Lang, Tien Minh, An Truong, An Hung, An Lao, Viet Khe and the wards of Thien Huong, Bach Dang (all in the old Hai Phong city). Also in this item, the city will reclaim 5.05 hectares of land in An Hai and An Bien wards (old Hai Phong core urban area) to harden An Kim Hai canal to improve the urban area.

Recovering 195.94 hectares to invest in and upgrading 11 traffic development projects, such as: Project to build Thai Binh River overpass and access road on Ring Road 1 of Hai Duong City (from Provincial Road 391 to Provincial Road 390 C); Bridge project through Van wharf connecting An Thuong Commune, Hai Duong City with Dong Lac Commune, old Nam Sach District; investment project to build inter-village intersections connecting Provincial Road 392 of Binh Giang District with the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway car road.
Projects in the old Hai Phong City include: Investment project to build a road connecting National Highway 5 - National Highway 10 through Kien An District; Investment project to build a road connecting National Highway 5 - National Highway 10 through Vinh Bao Town; Investment project to build Nguyen Trai Bridge (the part of the underpass adjusted through the 6-way intersection in the direction of Nguyen Trai - Le Hong Phong Street); Investment project to build a ring road of the two districts of Tan Vu - Huong Dao - Bui Vien through the wards of Hai An, Hung Dao, Kien An, An Hai, An Duong; Road project from Bac Song Cam Urban Area to the road of VSHIP Industrial Park on Vu Yen Island...
