On August 3, news from the Hai Phong Department of Health said that, based on current regulations on bidding, based on Decision No. 2577/QD-UBND dated June 27, 2025 of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province (old) on approving the Medical Equipment Procurement Project at 4 provincial hospitals including the Provincial General Hospital, Lung Hospital, Pediatric Hospital, Maternity Hospital;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 45/NQ-HDND dated July 25, 2025 of the Hai Phong City People's Council on adjusting and supplementing the city's public investment plan for 2025 (after the arrangement);
Based on the Appraisal Report dated August 2, 2025 of the Appraisal Team on the contractor selection plan for the Medical Equipment Prohibition at 4 provincial hospitals; Based on the proposal of the Contractor selection plan development team, the Appraisal Report of the Contractor selection plan appraisal team and the reports of the teams, the Hai Phong Department of Health decided to approve the contractor selection plan for the Medical Equipment Prohibition at 4 provincial hospitals including: Provincial General Hospital, Lung Hospital, Children's Hospital, Maternity Hospital with detailed content according to the attached appendix.
The Department of Planning and Finance is responsible for presiding over and coordinating with relevant professional groups, departments and units to advise the Board of Directors of the Department of Health to organize the selection of contractors according to the approved contractor selection plan to ensure compliance with current legal regulations.
According to the decision of the Hai Phong City Department of Health, there are 17 packages implemented this time to purchase medical equipment such as X-ray machines, CT Scanner systems and magnetic imaging systems; ultrasound machines, surgical, anesthesia, emergency resuscitation equipment, endoscopy systems of all kinds, surgical tools, testing, pathology, treatment and rehabilitation packages, appraisal packages, management consultation, supervision, evaluation of bidding documents...
The total value of the 17 packages is calculated at nearly 358 billion VND from the city budget, deployed in the third and fourth quarters of 2025.
