According to Auction Notice No. 103/TBDG-OCDATP dated September 23, 2025 of OCD An Thuan Phat Joint Stock Auction Company, the auction of land use rights for 108 plots in the technical infrastructure area serving people to build houses, creating capital for new rural construction in Dong Thanh commune, Kim Dong district (now Nghia Dan commune), Hung Yen province, is scheduled to take place at 8:30 a.m. on October 11, 2025 at the Cultural House of Toan Tien village, Nghia Dan commune.
The land lots have an area of 71 to 247m2, the total area of the auctioned land is 13,933m2. The starting price ranges from 18.7 to 32.5 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 1.6 billion VND to more than 6.3 billion VND per plot of land.
The total starting price of the property is 310,954,222,000 VND, excluding taxes, fees, charges and other financial obligations related to the transfer of land use rights that the auction winner must pay according to regulations.
The auction documents are sold and received from 8:00 a.m. on September 24 to 5:00 p.m. on October 8; the deposit payment time is from 8:00 a.m. on September 24 to before 5:00 p.m. on October 8.
However, according to Notice No. 45/TB-UBND of the People's Committee of Nghia Dan commune on temporarily suspending the auction of land use rights for 108 plots of land at the location of the Technical Infrastructure auction of land use rights for people to build houses to create capital for new rural construction in Dong Thanh commune, Kim Dong district (now Nghia Dan commune), Hung Yen province.
