On July 18, according to information from the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center, the riverside smart urban area project in Dai Phuoc commune began the compensation and site clearance work in July 2026 and will be completed in December 2026.
Previously, in June 2026, Dong Nai City People's Committee issued a plan to implement compensation, support, and resettlement for the Riverside Smart Urban Area project in Dai Phuoc commune (North and South areas).
According to the plan, functional units will perform tasks such as: counting, determining the origin of land and assets on land; preparing and submitting for approval compensation, support, and resettlement plans; organizing the payment of compensation, support, and resettlement arrangements; issuing decisions to recover land and receive land handover.
In which, the Party Committee and People's Committee of Dai Phuoc commune established groups to carry out mobilization and persuasion work to organize mobilization and persuasion for people whose land is recovered.
Dong Nai City People's Committee requests each agency and unit to arrange forces throughout, with sufficient personnel; working overtime, on Saturdays and Sundays; rolling out each specific work stage daily and weekly. The head of the agency or unit must be primarily responsible for organizing the implementation of compensation and site clearance for the project according to this plan and handling regimes for civil servants, public employees, and employees according to regulations.
- The riverside smart urban area project in Dai Phuoc commune (Northern area) has the commercial name Sunshine Rivernia Grand Marina. The proposed investor is a consortium of Sunshine R&D Joint Stock Company, Sunshine Dream House Joint Stock Company, Noblex Hub Finance Joint Stock Company and OKC Construction and Development Joint Stock Company. The project has a total land use area of nearly 945 ha, with an expected population size of nearly 129,000 people. Of which, the land area for housing construction of the project is nearly 223ha, the preliminary total investment of the project is more than 463,416 billion VND.
- The riverside smart urban area project in Dai Phuoc commune (South area) has the commercial name Sunshine Rivernia Finance & Tech Hub. The investor proposed is a consortium of Sunshine Golf & Resort Joint Stock Company and Beta Land Infrastructure Construction Joint Stock Company with a total land use area of about 963 ha, expected population size of more than 75,000 people. In which, the area for housing construction of the project is more than 105 ha. The project has a total preliminary investment capital of more than 354,508 billion VND. The total preliminary investment capital of the 2 projects is 817,924 billion VND.
