On July 16, according to the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center, the project to expand DT. 769 road, expand DT. 773 road and the project to build DT. 770B road started the compensation and site clearance work from March 2026, to date ensuring the set progress and will be completed before September 30, 2026.
The investment project to upgrade and expand DT. 769 road has a total length of 29.75km with a total construction investment of nearly 2,800 billion VND, passing through 3 communes and wards including: Dau Giay, Binh An, Long Thanh; is a vital traffic route serving the transportation of goods from the Northern and Central Highlands provinces to Long Thanh, Nhon Trach areas and vice versa.
The project to upgrade and expand DT. 773 route has a total infrastructure investment of more than 2,500 billion VND, with a length of about 36.6km, passing through communes and wards: Xuan Hoa, Xuan Loc, Xuan Phu, Xuan Dong, Cam My, Xuan Duong; the project creates connectivity, shortens travel time from the above-mentioned communes and wards to Long Thanh airport and Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park; reduces the load on National Highway 1.
The DT. 770B Road Construction Project passes through 9 communes and wards including: Xuan Bac, Gia Kiem, Xuan Que, Xuan Duong, Long Phuoc, Phuoc Thai, Dau Giay, Binh Loc, Xuan Lap. The project has a total length of about 42.7km, a total investment of 4,704 billion VND, connecting the northern and eastern areas of the city with National Highway 51, with expressways, industrial parks, logistics centers and especially Long Thanh airport.
Previously, on July 10, three transportation projects connecting Long Thanh airport mentioned above were started construction.
