On October 16, the People's Committee of Tu Minh Ward (Hai Phong City) held a meeting of the Working Group to review documents and legal procedures related to compensation and support when the State reclaims land to implement the Dai An Industrial Park Expansion Project (phase 2).
At the meeting, delegates listened to a summary report on the procedures and progress of site clearance, land status, and number of households affected by the project. The members of the Working Group focused on discussing and reviewing the legality of land records, determining the origin, area, type of land and assets attached to the land to serve as a basis for compensation and support in accordance with regulations.
In addition, the meeting also reviewed and agreed on the handling direction for existing cases, ensuring the legitimate rights of the people and in accordance with legal procedures.
In his speech, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee Le Van Trung emphasized that reviewing documents and legal procedures is an important step to ensure that the process of land recovery, compensation and support is carried out publicly, transparently and in accordance with regulations.

The leaders of Tu Minh Ward requested the Working Group to closely coordinate with specialized agencies to complete the dossier, develop a counting plan, determine the accurate compensation value; at the same time, strengthen propaganda and mobilization so that people understand, agree and coordinate with the government during the implementation process.
The Ward People's Committee assigned the Land Clearance Council and related units to complete legal documents, make a list of affected households, and propose specific solutions; the Ward Police to develop a plan to ensure security and order during the counting, compensation payment, and land clearance process.
