The People's Committee of Kien Hung commune coordinated with the Project Management Board of Kien Thuy area to organize the payment of support for site clearance in the 6th phase of 2025 to households in Ky Son village with reclaimed land area to serve the Tan Trao Industrial Park Project.
In this period, 306 households subject to land acquisition received compensation and support with a total payment amount of more than 155.3 billion VND. According to the record, the payment work went smoothly and in accordance with the provisions of law. Most of the people agreed, were excited to receive the money and were ready to hand over the site so that the project could soon come into operation.
The Tan Trao Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Investment Project is implemented on a total area of nearly 227 hectares, in Kien Hung and Nghi Duong communes, with a total capital of more than VND4,000 billion in phase 1. Tan Trao Industrial Park will be built in 5 years, from the second quarter of 2025 to the end of the second quarter of 2030.
The Tan Trao Industrial Park project is expected to be a strong economic lever for Kien Hung commune, attracting investment and creating jobs for thousands of local workers. The completion of the 6th payment is a testament to the determination of local authorities in disbursing public investment capital and promoting key industrial infrastructure in the area.
