Nhat An Phu Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 32 plots of land in the residential planning area south of the stadium of Dong Minh commune, the old Tien Hai district (now Dong Chau commune, Hung Yen province).
The land lots with the purpose of use being rural land are allocated by the State with land use fees collected through the form of auction of land use rights, long-term use term. The area of each lot ranges from 115.5 m2 to 199.8 m2, starting price from 9.5 - 11 million VND/m2, equivalent to about 1.1 billion VND to nearly 2 billion VND/lot.
The auction is conducted by direct voting in one round for each plot of land (auctioning each plot), according to the method of bidding up.
The invitation to participate in the auction will be sold, received and submitted at the headquarters of An Phu First Joint Stock Auction Company from 8:00 a.m. on October 1, 2025 to 4:30 p.m. on October 14, 2025, during office hours.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 1:30 p.m. on October 17, 2025 (Friday) at the hall of the People's Committee of Dong Chau commune. Participants need to be present at least 20 minutes before the event to complete the procedures.
In case of absence or failure to arrive on time, not subject to force majeure, the deposit will be handled according to the provisions of the Law on Property Auction No. 01/2016/QH14, amended and supplemented in Law No. 37/2024/QH15.
