According to the plan, the invitation to participate in the auction will be sold at the Property Auction Service Center (Ferrance 2) from October 2, 2025 to 4:30 p.m. on October 13, 2025; at the People's Committee of Thai Thuy Commune from October 14, 2025 to 11:30 a.m. on October 15, 2025.
Time to receive documents, register to participate in the auction and pay the deposit at the Center is from October 2 to 4:30 p.m. on October 14, 2025 (except for Saturday, Sunday and holidays); at Thai Thuy Commune People's Committee on October 15, 2025.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 8:00 a.m. on October 19, 2025 (Sunday) at the Hall of the People's Committee of Thai Thuy Commune.
There are three levels of deposits: 330 million VND, 380 million VND and 510 million VND. The starting price for each square meter has five levels: 13 million VND; 14 million VND; 14.3 million VND; 14.7 million VND and 15.4 million VND. Each set of documents costs 200,000 VND.
Auction participants need to submit a registration form and a photocopy of their citizen identification card. The time to view the property lasts from the date of sale of the documents to the end of the deposit payment.
The auction is organized in the form of direct voting in one round, with the method of bidding up, with a price step of 50,000 VND. The time to submit the bidding form is from 3 to 5 minutes from the time the auctioneer presses the time. The bid form must be filled in in fully, accurately, and not deleted; cases of violations of regulations will be considered invalid.
According to regulations, the auction will be conducted on a plot of land, each set of documents can only register to participate in the auction of one plot. The person with the valid ticket and the highest bid will be recognized as the winner of the auction.
