Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia retires
According to Decision No. 2317/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia - Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army - will retire from December 1, 2025.
Previously, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 1482/QD-TTg dated November 29, 2024 to extend the term of service and maintain the position of Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia - Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army from December 1, 2024 to November 30, 2025.
Army Corps 12 presents decisions on appointment of cadres, promotion of military ranks and salary increase for officers
On December 1, Army Corps 12 held a conference to hand over decisions on appointing cadres and promoting military ranks, raising salaries of Colonel and Lieutenant Colonel officers in 2025.
At the conference, the Military Command announced the decision of the Minister of National Defense on the appointment of officers.
Colonel Do Trung Dung - Division Commander of Division 312 was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief of Staff of the 12th Army Corps;
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quoc Trung was appointed to the position of Division Commander of Division 312;
Lieutenant Colonel Phung Xuan Tung was appointed to the position of Deputy Division Commander of Division 312.
The conference also announced the decision to promote the military ranks and raise the salaries of Colonel and Lieutenant Colonel officers for 37 comrades in 2025.
Da Nang: Awarding the decision to promote military ranks and increase military officers' salaries in 2025
On December 3, the Standing Committee of the Da Nang Military Party Committee held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to promote military ranks and increase officers' salaries in 2025.
This time, the Ministry of National Defense and the Military Region 5 Command decided to promote military ranks and raise salaries for 112 officers under the City Military Command.
Of which, 110 officers were promoted from Lieutenant to Lieutenant Colonel before the term.
Ca Mau Border Guard presented the Decision to promote military ranks and raise salaries to 30 officers
On December 3, the Party Committee and Command of the Border Guard (BDBP) of Ca Mau province held a ceremony to award the Decision to promote the rank and increase the salary of officers from the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and below to comrades of the Provincial Border Guard.
A total of 30 comrades were promoted to military ranks and salary increases according to the levels including: Lieutenant Colonel to Lieutenant Colonel 2 comrades; Major to Lieutenant Colonel 8 comrades; Captain to Major 4 comrades; Senior Lieutenant to Captain 8 comrades; Lieutenant to Senior Lieutenant 6 comrades; salary increase 2 comrades.
