On October 12, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province issued decisions to cancel the decision issued in 2023 on approving specific land prices for calculating land use fees and land rents for 3 projects.
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee abolished Decision No. 1139/QD-UBND dated May 22, 2023 on approving specific land prices for calculating land use fees and land rents for the Hoang Phu High-end Housing Project, in Vinh Hoa Ward, Nha Trang City, now Bac Nha Trang Ward.
Repeat Decision No. 2332/QD-UBND dated September 28, 2023 of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee on approving specific land prices for land rent collection for the project of Commercial Service Complex, hotels, tourist apartments and offices for rent Luna, at No. 18 Tran Hung Dao Street, Nha Trang City, now Nha Trang Ward.
The Provincial People's Committee also abolished Decision No. 1135/QD-UBND dated May 22, 2023 on approving specific land prices for calculating land rent and paying one-time rent for The Hotel Horizon project on Duong Hien Quyen Street, Vinh Hoa Ward, Nha Trang City, now Bac Nha Trang Ward.
The reason for canceling the above decisions is that the project land price must be re-determined in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. 170/2024/QH15 dated November 30, 2024 of the National Assembly and Decree No. 76/2025/ND-CP dated April 1, 2025 of the Government.
Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee also requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment to organize the determination of land prices for the above projects in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. 170/2024/QH15 and Decree No. 76/2025/ND-CP.
According to Resolution 170, Khanh Hoa province is allowed to apply specific mechanisms and policies to handle 11 projects according to Inspection Conclusion No. 250 of 2020 of the Government Inspectorate.
Of which, 5 projects have been allocated land and leased land without auctioning land use rights in the old Nha Trang City.
These are commercial service complex projects, hotels and tourist apartments and offices for rent Luna, The Horizon Nha Trang Hotel, Hoang Phu High-end Housing Area, Thien Trieu Complex, Caucumbers, offices, Cattiger Hotel.
6 projects were allocated land and leased land without bidding, including: The Arena, Cam Ranharies and Resort Club, Evason Ana Mandara Cam Ranh & Spa, Eurowindow Nha Trang Eco-tourism and High-class Resort, Saigon - Cam Ranh Tourist Area, Muong Thanh Nha Trang High-end Apartment Hotel Complex (60 Tran Phu, Nha Trang Ward).
The competent authority will organize to collect opinions and evaluate the conditions for continued land use of each project, as a basis for re-determining land prices in accordance with current legal regulations.
