Information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Hanoi City Police, in the early morning of October 12, information and images appeared on Facebook about a tractor-trailer carrying a house with assembly and untied forces, causing a concrete block to fall onto the road in the area across the house at 14 Cau Dien Street (Cau Dien Ward, Hanoi).
Immediately after receiving the information, the Command Committee of the Hanoi Traffic Police Department directed the Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 to quickly send officers to the scene to organize traffic flow and regulation, and clarify the incident.
Through verification, the working group has drawn up a record of administrative violations against Mr. N.X.D (born in 1987, residing in Hai Phong City), who drove a truck with license plate 29H-756.xx, towing a semi-trailer with license plate 29R-402.xx, transporting goods but tying them up without ensuring safety, and temporarily confiscating the driver's license for handling according to regulations.
According to Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, for the above behavior, drivers will be fined from 8 to 12 million VND and have 4 points deducted from their driving license. The traffic police force also requested the driver to urgently remedy the consequences and tie the goods back in accordance with regulations.
At about 02:40 on the same day, the lifting, clearing and tying work was completed, vehicles left the scene, and traffic in the area returned to normal.
