On July 7, news from Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee just deployed a plan to develop rental housing in the province, with the goal of expanding the housing fund for workers and those who do not have the conditions to own housing.
According to the plan, implementing the target assigned by the Government, Khanh Hoa strives to complete the construction of 10,088 social housing units by 2030.
Of this total, the province plans to allocate about 2,100 units, equivalent to about 20% of the social housing fund, to make rental housing and worker accommodation.

To achieve this goal, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has assigned specific tasks to relevant agencies and units to review and develop rental housing funds from housing sources directly invested or acquired by the locality to serve rental.
At the same time, the province will attract housing investment projects for rent in industrial parks and urban areas with high housing demand.
For newly implemented social housing projects, the province requests research to arrange rental housing funds suitable to the actual needs of each area and each group of beneficiaries.
Khanh Hoa also sets a goal that industrial parks in the area will be planned, allocated land funds or form housing and accommodation projects, meeting the housing needs of workers and laborers.
