Accordingly, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee agreed to coordinate the finished stone at the quarry in village 6B, Ea Pan commune, Ea Kar district (484 Joint Stock Company) for 3 contractors to construct Component Project 3.
Specifically, agree to coordinate 89,774m3 of stone for Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC; agree to coordinate 30,000m3 of stone for Trung Nam Construction and Installation Joint Stock Company and agree to coordinate 50,000m3 of stone for Hoang Nam Bridge and Road Construction Company Limited.
The Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Traffic Works and Rural Development of Rural Areas (investor of Component Project 3) to commit to being responsible for paying the lowest material price to the foot of the project and additional costs arising from taking materials at the village 6B quarry compared to the Hoa Tien quarry.
The Provincial Traffic Construction Investment and Rural Development Project Management Board is responsible to the Provincial People's Committee and the law for any issues arising during the transportation of materials at the village 6B quarry to the foot of the project.
Supervise the receipt of stone from the village 6B mine only to serve Component Project 3, absolutely not provided to other works and projects.
After completing the necessary coordination, a report will be compiled to the Department of Agriculture and Environment to advise the Provincial People's Committee to terminate the coordination.
Request Project Management Board 6 (Ministry of Construction) to be responsible for supervising the exploitation and coordination of Joint Stock Company 484 to provide to the contractor for the construction of Component Project 3 according to regulations.
