In October 2025, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province issued a Decision to assign investors in cases where the investor of an urban area construction investment project has a proposal for the CT-02 Social Housing Project under the An Binh Tan Urban Area project, Nam Nha Trang ward.
Accordingly, Khanh Hoa province approved the assignment of the investor to the Technical Investment Construction Joint Stock Company ( acronym: Technical Investment Construction Joint Stock Company and MK Construction Investment Joint Stock Company) to implement the CT-02 Social Housing Project at the land plot signed CT-02 in An Binh Tan Urban Area.
This is a key project serving the province's social security. The CT-02 Social Housing Project is invested in an area of 2.067 hectares, including 4 15-storey apartment buildings with 936 social housing apartments (area from 49m2 to 77m2) and 12,749m2 for commercial - service apartments.
The total estimated investment is nearly 1,645 billion VND, with a population of about 2,554 people.
The project is planned to be open, making the most of natural light and ventilation, aiming to create a modern and comfortable living space for people in the South Nha Trang area.
According to the plan, the project will start construction in the first quarter of 2026 and be completed and handed over by the end of the third quarter of 2027.
According to the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, approving the investor and implementing the project soon is a concrete step that demonstrates the locality's determination to ensure social security and develop affordable housing for people.
The CT-02 project is one of the four largest land plots in the An Binh Tan Urban Area, playing an important role in implementing the Project to invest in the construction of at least 1 million social housing apartments for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period of 2021-2030, according to Decision No. 338/QD-TTg dated April 3, 2023 of the Prime Minister.
When completed, the project will add hundreds of quality apartments, contributing to realizing the goal of " settling down and making a living" for the people of Khanh Hoa.
In addition to solving the housing needs of the people, the project also creates jobs for about 600 local workers, increases budget revenue and contributes to social activities.
The investor consortium affirmed that it will closely coordinate with competent authorities, speed up legal procedures to start construction as soon as possible, ensure compliance with the law and develop harmoniously with the local community.
Also in October 2025, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province issued a decision approving the assignment of the Technical Supplies Construction and Installation Joint Stock Company (a consortium representative of C-HOLDINGS Joint Stock Company and Dinh An Group Company Limited) as the investor of the CT-04 Social Housing Project.
This project is located in land plot CT-04, An Binh Tan Urban Area, Nam Nha Trang Ward.
The decision was issued based on Resolution 201/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly and Decree 192/2025/ND-CP of the Government, allowing the investor to not bid for social housing projects that do not use public investment capital that have been approved for investment.
In June 2025, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province issued a decision approving the investment policy for this project.
Accordingly, the CT-04 Social Housing Project is being implemented on a land area of about 1.44 hectares, with a block of apartments with 16 floors above ground and 1 basement, with a total investment of more than 1,179 billion VND.
