On December 13, the Vung Tau Construction Investment Project Management Board (HCMC) said that the unit is preparing to hold the inauguration ceremony of the Thuy Van road renovation project in Bai Sau area (Tam Thang ward, Vung Tau ward, HCMC), scheduled to take place on December 19.
This is a key project of Ho Chi Minh City in urban beautification, with many items including urban roads, parks, etc., with a total investment of more than 1,068 billion VND. The focus is Thuy Van Park and Tam Thang Square, with the highlight being the Tam Thang Tower project, which has completed construction; assessed to be eligible for inauguration on December 19, along with a series of other key projects across the country to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The project was previously started by the People's Committee of Vung Tau City at the end of October 2024, and was completed at the end of August 2025.

In particular, the highlight project is Tam Thang Tower, with more than 143 tower pillars from over 3 m to over 30 m high, which has been completed and put into safe trial operation since September 2025; along with the fountain area, square yard, walking path and architecture paved with granite and ba gian, fire-proofed; along with a system of trees, grass carpet, lighting...
The Thuy Van Park site is about 3.2 km long on a total area of 19.2 hectares; along with 6 underground public service stations (each station is more than 1,000 m2) with architectural works featuring the theme of Fishing Village, Con Cuc, Oc bien, May, Cay, Khi Doat, which are eye-catching, has also completed construction and installation of materials and equipment.
According to the Vung Tau Construction Investment Project Management Board, the project is currently entering the final stages to complete the expansion of Tam Thang Square, creating a large public area for people and tourists to live; and is also a venue for major events and festival programs in the area.
After the inauguration, the unit will continue to carry out the handover procedures to the competent management agency, to preserve and operate the project in accordance with regulations, serving people and tourists in the area.
