The Trung Thanh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Business Project has an area of 200 hectares, with a total investment of more than VND 1,650 billion.
This is a project oriented to develop into a modern, green, sustainable industrial park in the form of a supporting industrial park, focusing on attracting clean, high-tech, environmentally friendly, gray matter and high added value manufacturing industries.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Cao Son emphasized that Trung Thanh Industrial Park has the advantage of being in a strategic location, conveniently connecting with National Highway 1, the North - South expressway and the main traffic routes of the area that are being actively implemented, and is expected to become one of the attractive destinations for domestic and foreign investors in the future.
After about 10 months since the Prime Minister decided on the investment policy, up to now, the industrial park has ensured the conditions on the site and related legal procedures to grant a construction permit and organize the groundbreaking ceremony, ensuring the set progress.
The Vice Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee suggested that investors and related units urgently and actively focus on implementing the project to complete it on schedule, attracting businesses and secondary investors to pay attention, research, and choose it as a long-term investment destination, contributing to the overall development of the province.
