Hai Phong - March 5, Vietnam Industrial Park Group Joint Stock Company started the Phuc Dien Industrial Park project - Hai Phong.

The Phuc Dien - Hai Phong Industrial Park project is implemented in Ke Sat commune, Hai Phong city. With a total area of 18.7 ha, after completion, the project will provide more than 116,000 m2 of pre-built factories (RBF) and pre-built warehouses (RBW) of high quality, thereby contributing to increasing the supply of modern industrial infrastructure in the Northern Key Economic Region, and at the same time supporting domestic and foreign manufacturers to access the market and expand operations in Vietnam.

Phuc Dien - Hai Phong Industrial Park is the fourth project of Vietnam National Parks Group in the Northern region, affirming the development capacity and commitment to invest in industrial infrastructure of the group. This milestone continues to complete the project portfolio, pre-built warehouse ecosystem of Vietnam National Parks in key industrial centers, and at the same time contributes to consolidating industrial potential and competitive position in key economic regions in the North.

Phuc Dien - Hai Phong Industrial Park has a strategic position when located on the Hanoi - Hai Phong traffic axis with convenient connection to the seaport and international airport system. This helps businesses optimize logistics costs, facilitate the deployment of import and export activities, and take advantage of abundant technical labor from the expanding industrial ecosystem in the locality.

Regarding product types, the project includes a series of pre-built warehouses and factories with diverse usable areas, to maximally meet the production and storage needs of investors. In addition to focusing on high-quality construction quality, the project integrates a fire prevention and fighting system and ensures comprehensive environmental requirements to ensure long-term operation stability for leased businesses.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Hardy Diec - Managing Director of Vietnam Industrial Parks Group - said: "Continuing the success of previous projects in the North, the Phuc Dien Industrial Park - Hai Phong project is proof of the continuous efforts of Vietnamese industrial parks in supplementing the supply of large-scale industrial infrastructure for the Northern region. In 2026, we will focus resources to continue implementing projects in key industrial areas across the country such as Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Binh Duong region), Bac Ninh... Along with the supply of new generation factory and warehouse products, the group promotes the application of green building standards, optimizing design to support investors to improve competitiveness when participating in the global supply chain".
