The Quang Phuc Industrial Cluster infrastructure construction investment project has a scale of 49.7 ha, a total investment of more than 800 billion VND, a operating period of 50 years, invested by Dang Khoa Group Joint Stock Company.
The project is oriented to be built into a new generation industrial cluster, modern, green and sustainable; prioritizing attracting clean, high-tech, processing and manufacturing industries, supporting industries and environmentally friendly industries, in line with the socio-economic development orientation of Hai Phong city and the locality.
Over the past time, the Party Committee and government of Tien Minh commune have focused on leading and directing drastically the site clearance work to serve the project with the motto "taking people as the center, taking dialogue as the solution, taking publicity and transparency as the foundation, taking consensus as the goal".
To date, 294/297 households with land within the project scope have agreed to the plan and received compensation and site clearance support with a total cost of 176.5 billion VND; the total handed-over area reaches over 48 hectares.
The commencement of infrastructure to serve Quang Phuc Industrial Cluster is an important preparation step to move towards the commencement ceremony of the Quang Phuc Industrial Cluster infrastructure construction investment project expected to be held on September 2nd.
When completed and put into operation, the project will contribute to effectively exploiting the land fund, attracting investors, creating more jobs for local workers, increasing budget revenue, promoting economic restructuring towards industry - services, creating new momentum for socio-economic development of Tien Minh commune and Hai Phong city.
