Vietnam's oldest industrial park clears more than 227ha of land

Dong Nai - Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park (Tran Bien ward) converted into an urban - commercial - service area and has cleared more than 227ha of land.

On February 6, according to information from the Dong Nai Provincial Land Fund Development Center, to date, the total land area cleared at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park is more than 227ha.

In which, area 1 has cleared 93% of the clean site, area 2 has cleared 78% of the site, and area 3 has cleared 57% of the site.

Project to convert Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an urban - commercial - service and environmental improvement area, Dong Nai needs to recover more than 236ha of land.

In which, area 2 is a political - administrative urban area, area 1 and area 3 are urban - commercial - service areas.

Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park was formed in 1963, is the oldest industrial park in Vietnam. This industrial park is located adjacent to National Highway 1A, Dong Nai River, connecting National Highway 51.
