Lam Dong - The authorities have approved the Hoa Binh area right at Da Lat market to become a center for tourism and commercial services.

On July 2, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee approved the planning of the central subdivision of Da Lat with a scale of 765 hectares, including Xuan Huong - Da Lat wards; Lam Vien - Da Lat; Cam Ly - Da Lat; Langbiang - Da Lat.

Accordingly, the central area of Da Lat will be divided into 6 different functional subdivisions. Of which, Area A1 has an area of over 180 hectares.

Including famous places such as Xuan Huong Lake; Cu Hill; Da Lat Flower Garden; Tran Quoc Toan Park; Lam Vien Square; Anh Sang Park (in Lam Vien - Da Lat Ward and Xuan Huong - Da Lat Ward) will be the Center for park trees, tourism services, culture, and festivals.

Area A2 with an area of over 63 hectares including Hoa Binh area, Da Lat market, Nam Ky Khoi Nghia street, Phan Nhu Thach street (in Xuan Huong - Da Lat ward) is planned to become a center for tourism and commercial services.

The remaining subdivisions A3 with an area of 38 hectares; A4 with an area of over 274 hectares; A5 with an area of over 141 hectares; A6 with nearly 67 hectares (belonging to Xuan Huong - Da Lat wards; Cam Ly - Da Lat; Langbiang - Da Lat) are planned as residential areas, administrative centers, modern urban areas, cultural and sports centers...

The goal of the planning is to preserve and promote the natural landscape and architectural values typical of the Da Lat region.

Thereby, developing a synchronous and modern technical infrastructure, aiming to promote economic and social development in the future.
