On May 26, the People's Committee of Bao Loc City issued a notice on land recovery to hand over to a number of enterprises to serve the Resettlement Area Construction Project for two expressways: Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong.
The government will reclaim 9,738m2 of land in the detailed planning area for the construction of Loc Son 1 Primary School (Loc Son Ward, Bao Loc City). This area includes land belonging to Lam Dong Tea Joint Stock Company; Center for Agricultural Seeds and Materials; Ngoc Bao Tea Joint Stock Company; Lam Dong Industrial Construction Company Limited
This is the first resettlement area in Lam Dong province to be implemented, with a total investment of about 15 billion VND to serve the relocation and resettlement of people affected by the two key expressway projects mentioned above.
According to the People's Committee of Bao Loc City, the resettlement area will be built with full infrastructure such as a 170-meter long internal road (road surface 8 meters wide), lighting system, water supply, fire fighting and other auxiliary works.
Regarding the progress of the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project (phase 1 has been approved), localities with routes passing through such as Duc Trong, Di Linh, Bao Lam districts and Bao Loc city are urgently preparing the necessary conditions to conduct markering, handing over the site, measuring and counting crops and livestock to serve compensation and site clearance.
