According to the plan, Yen Nghia ward, Hanoi city will focus on reviewing, updating, standardizing and cleaning land data according to the criteria "right - sufficient - clean - living"; and at the same time closely coordinate with Ha Dong Branch of the Land Registration Office, Ward Police and related units to verify and standardize land user information according to personal identification codes, ensuring accurate, unified and synchronous data.
To effectively implement the campaign, Yen Nghia Ward People's Committee has established a steering committee and working groups, mobilizing the participation of professional departments, residential groups, socio-political organizations and functional forces in the area.
With the motto "going through each alley, knocking on each house, checking each person", the working groups will directly guide and support people in the process of collecting, updating and verifying information.
Yen Nghia Ward People's Committee requests households, individuals and organizations currently using land in the area to proactively coordinate with the working group when notified to work.
Prepare a citizen identification card and the original of one of the land documents such as a land use right certificate, land allocation decision, Certificate of land registration or carry out declaration according to the instruction form for cases where there are no related documents.
In particular, people only need to provide original documents for comparison, taking photos, and scanning data as required by the working group and do not have to photocopy any types of documents.
To make the campaign effective, Huong Son Commune People's Committee also requested households, individuals, organizations and businesses in the area to actively coordinate with working groups in the process of reviewing, collecting and updating land data.
Accordingly, land users need to proactively provide copies or create conditions for members of the working group to scan and photograph land use right certificates, citizen identification cards and documents related to the origin of land use as required.
For land plots that have not been granted land use right certificates, the Commune People's Committee requests people to urgently carry out initial land declaration and registration according to the guidance of professional officials.
At the same time, people are encouraged to use the VNeID application to provide information and photocopies of Land Use Right Certificates according to instructions, thereby contributing to shortening the time to collect dossiers and speeding up the process of digitizing land data in the area.
In the process of implementation, the commune's working groups will conduct reviews according to the motto "going through each alley, knocking on each house, checking each person", ensuring no cases are missed. All land plots in the area, including residential land, agricultural land and non-agricultural land, must be inspected, identified, positioned, and accurately identified, and fully updated on cadastral maps and land database systems.
