The 45-day campaign to clean up the land database in Dai Thanh commune (Hanoi) is expected to end on August 30, 2026.
Currently, all 19 villages in Dai Thanh commune are collecting, reviewing, comparing, verifying and updating information for land plots according to each data group.
For group 1, including land plots that have ensured the criteria "right - sufficient - clean - living", continue to maintain, manage, exploit and share data with departments, agencies, and sectors; connect with the national database on land and the national database on population.
For group 2, which are land plots already in the VILIS system but still incorrect, lacking information or not linking spatial data, not standardizing citizen identification information, they will continue to be reviewed, enriched, and data cleaned up; synchronously matching spatial data, attributive data and non- attributive data to ensure the criteria "right - sufficient - clean - living".
For group 3, including land plots that have been measured and granted Land Use Right Certificates but are not yet on the database system, it will be necessary to create and supplement attribute data, scanned records and verify land user information to complete the database.
Dai Thanh Commune People's Committee requests forces to regularly coordinate with Thanh Tri Branch of the Land Registration Office and Commune Police to verify and standardize information on land users and owners of assets attached to land according to national population data and personal identification codes, ensuring the accuracy and synchronization of data.
In Phu Nghia commune, the commune has established 21 working groups in charge of each area, each group has professional staff from the Economic Department directly participating.
After a 90-day peak period of data collection, this 45-day campaign focuses on reviewing and standardizing all land information, ensuring that the land database is updated uniformly, synchronously and accurately.
According to Mr. Le Anh Dung - Head of Phu Nghia Commune Economic Department, the workload is very large when each land plot must be checked and compared with many fields of information about the land user, current status, location, and related legal documents before being updated to the system.
Mr. Dung requested the working groups to urgently start implementing tasks immediately after the conference; proactively divide into groups according to each area, prioritize handling cases that meet the conditions, clear information to speed up progress, and at the same time focus on removing complex cases and arising problems. Implementation results will be updated and displayed on the "Digital Land Plot" application, helping management levels monitor and supervise progress and quality of implementation in real time.
Ms. Kim Thi Ngoc Hang - Deputy Director of Chuong My Branch of the Land Registration Office said that the Branch will accompany and closely coordinate with the Commune People's Committee in the process of implementing the campaign; and at the same time arrange professional staff to regularly support and guide working groups to handle issues arising in nghiệp vụ and software.
For cases where land plots do not have accurate maps or need additional measurements, Ms. Kim Thi Ngoc Hang requested the Commune People's Committee to fully summarize for the Branch to develop a plan to assign specialized units to implement, ensuring that data is updated correctly according to current status and regulations.
