On January 30, news from the Office of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province said that Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen has just signed Decision No. 352/QD-UBND on establishing a Public Duty Inspection Team at Land Registration Offices (VPĐKĐĐ) in the province.

According to the decision, the Public Duty Inspection Team is headed by Mr. Bui Hieu - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs. The members include leaders and officials of the Department of Home Affairs, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Provincial Inspectorate and Office of the Provincial People's Committee.
After being established, the Team will conduct inspections of the performance of tasks at the Provincial Land Registration Office and branches of regional Land Registration Offices.

The focus is on units with slow processing of land administrative dossiers and procedures; people's dossiers are returned many times or are not received and resolved.
Thereby, to rectify and handle existing problems related to resolving administrative procedures related to land to avoid causing trouble for people.
Previously, as Lao Dong Newspaper reported, through a review in mid-January 2026, the number of dossiers under the jurisdiction of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Lam Dong province that are delayed is 1,803 dossiers. Among them, there are 1,789 land dossiers under the jurisdiction of the Provincial Land Registration Office.
The reasons leading to the prolonged delay in dossiers are identified as many factors, including many subjective reasons.
