Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company has just issued a notice to auction residential land use rights for 51 plots of land with a total area of 5,932.8m2 in Xuy Xa commune and Phuc Lam commune, My Duc district, Hanoi city.
The plots of land have an area of 35 - 211m2, the starting price for the plots ranges from 4.9 - 6.7 million VND/m2.
The auction is conducted by direct voting in one round at the auction using the method of bidding up.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on March 25 to 5:00 p.m. on April 4. The auction will take place at 8:00 a.m. on April 10 at the Hall of the People's Committee of Xuy Xa commune, My Duc district.
Previously, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company also issued a notice of auction of land use rights for 21 plots of land with a total area of 2,264.3m2 in My Xuyen commune, My Duc district, Hanoi city on April 3.
The plots of land have an area of 78 - 137.5m2; the starting price for each plot of land is 4,920,000 VND/m2. The deposit ranges from 77 - 135 million VND/plot.
The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in one round at the auction. The time for recording and voting is 10 minutes from the time the auctioneer announced the start of the recording and voting time.
At the end of the voting time and voting as prescribed or when all the auction participants voted the bid in the ballot box, the executive auction will open the ballot box, check the vote and announce the price paid for each valid bidding vote. The opening of the ballot box, checking and announcing the price is witnessed by representatives of the auction participants and representatives of My Duc District Land Fund Development Center.
The auction winner of each plot of land is the person with a valid bid and the highest valid bid equal to or higher than the starting price, announced by the auctioneer at the auction and recognized by the competent state agency.
In case of two or more people paying the highest price, the auction organization continues between those who pay the highest price to choose the winner. If among those with the highest price paid, there are people who continue to pay the bid, the auction offer the price of the person; The auction announced that the person who won the auction if the person had a higher price. If all those who pay the highest bid does not agree to the auction, the auction of the lottery to select the winner.
