According to Ms. Mien, when entering the debt repayment period, in the context of rising interest rates, increased financial pressure forced many investors to sell real estate to restructure cash flow.
From another perspective, Mr. Tran Quang Trung - Business Development Director of OneHousing - predicts that products that meet real housing needs, have convenient locations, good infrastructure connections, have existing residential communities and appropriate sales policies will still maintain their appeal. 25 households receive site clearance compensation for nearly 2,800 billion VND project in Hai Phong
On July 5, the People's Committee of Chan Hung commune organized the payment of compensation and support money to 14 households whose land was recovered to implement the project, with a total amount of over 21 billion VND.
Previously, on July 4, 11 households in the commune also received compensation and site clearance support funds for the project. The total amount paid was more than 15 billion VND.
