Him Lam starts construction of 4,700-apartment social housing project in Hanoi
On the morning of July 10, in Hanoi, Him Lam Joint Stock Company held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Him Lam Phuc Loi Social Housing Area Project with a scale of 4,700 units.
Him Lam Phuc Loi Social Housing Area project has a scale of about 13.5 hectares. It is expected to provide about 4,700 social housing apartments and about 1,000 commercial apartments, ensuring accommodation for about 12,500 people.
The project is oriented to develop with technical standards, construction quality and utility systems equivalent to commercial housing projects. Publicizing the compensation plan for the HCMC - Long Thanh expressway expansion project
On July 10, Long Thanh Ward People's Committee, Dong Nai City just publicly posted the expected compensation, support, and resettlement plan under the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh expressway expansion project (phase 6) implemented by the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center - Long Thanh ward branch.
Accordingly, in phase 6, 14 cases were publicly announced for compensation and support plans with a total recovered area of more than 2,023 m2, with a total value of more than 1.6 billion VND.
The Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh expressway expansion project is nearly 22 km long, of which the section passing through Dong Nai City is 13 km long. To serve the project construction, Dong Nai City must recover more than 4 hectares of land, with 417 land plots in Nhon Trach ward, Long Thanh ward and An Phuoc commune.
Resort project more than 20 years unfinished continues to be extended
On July 10, news from Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee said that Mr. Cao Van Cuong - Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just signed Decision No. 2066-QD/UBND extending the land use progress for 24 months for Toan Tich Thien Joint Stock Company to implement the Toan Tich Thien High-Class Resort Project in Nam Sam Son ward.
According to the decision, the land area extended for use is 26,364m2. This is a land area that has been leased by Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, allocated land in Decision No. 4774/QD-UBND dated November 30, 2018 for Toan Tich Thien Joint Stock Company to implement the project.
Notably, the reason for the extension mentioned in the decision is that the project has been delayed in land use for more than 24 months, violating the provisions of Clause 8, Article 81 of the 2024 Land Law. After the 24-month extension period expires, if Toan Tich Thien Joint Stock Company has not yet completed the project investment and put the land into use, the Provincial People's Committee will recover the land according to regulations.
Land prices increase along the trillion-VND road project in Thai Nguyen
The Bac Son extended road project has a total investment of 2,100 billion VND, more than 9km long, designed with 6 lanes, cross-section 61m wide. The project started in 2018, after many delays, the contractors restarted the project from April 2025.
In previous years, many small roadside land plots were only at 5 - 12 million VND/m2. However, when the project progress had a clear change and land auction information spread widely, the price of many locations had increased to 10 - 40 million VND/m2. However, the increase in real estate around the project area was not uniform.
