Paying more than 7.3 billion VND for site clearance for the DT. 382B road project in Hung Yen
On June 24, according to Pham Ngu Lao commune (Hung Yen province), the locality has organized the payment of compensation and support when the State recovers land to implement the Investment Project to build DT. 382B road section Km14+420 - Km26+730 (left and right branches) for households in Dao Xa village.
According to the plan approved by competent authorities, Dao Xa village has 113 households affected by the project with a total recovered land area of about 16,000m2. The total amount of compensation and support paid to households is more than 7.3 billion VND. See more...
Real estate market liquidity sharply decreases
A report from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction shows that by the end of May, the city had 20 commercial housing projects eligible for capital mobilization with housing formed in the future, providing about 16,328 units with a total floor area of more than 1.63 million m2. Among these, the high-end segment accounted for 14,637 units, equivalent to nearly 90% of the total supply. The mid-range segment had 1,691 units, while affordable housing did not record any new projects.
Surveys from market research units all have a common assessment that market absorption has decreased significantly, in which some segments such as apartments and townhouses in the suburbs of Ho Chi Minh City decreased by 40-50% compared to the same period last year and this downward trend is forecast not to stop.
Land use fee collection progress in the first 6 months of Quang Ngai is still low
On June 24, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Sam - Vice Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee chaired a working session with departments, branches, and related units to assess the situation of land use fee collection and consider plans to adjust the 2026 land use fee collection estimate of localities in the province.
As of June 22, 2026, total land use fee revenue in the province reached more than 822 billion VND, equal to 24.7% of the year's estimate. Of which, revenue regulated to the central budget reached 123.4 billion VND, equal to 24.7% of the estimate; provincial budget revenue reached 215 billion VND, equal to 9.6% of the estimate; commune budget revenue reached 484 billion VND, equal to 83.1% of the estimate. The progress of land use fee collection in the first 6 months of the year is still low compared to requirements, especially provincial budget revenue.
