Recorded on April 21, at the social housing construction site in the left bank of the Red River (Lao Cai ward), the working atmosphere took place urgently from early morning. The sound of machinery and the sound of workers exchanging interspersed created a rushed construction pace.
High-rise buildings have clearly shown their shape, many buildings have begun to dismantle scaffolding, revealing the completed paint layer on the outside. Inside, workers divided into groups to construct electrical systems, elevators, fire prevention and fighting, and at the same time complete each apartment.

According to records, the continuous operation of equipment harmonizing with the sound of workers creates a vibrant rhythm. Some intermediate floors have completed plastering the walls and switched to installing equipment. The area around the project has also been leveled, and parts of the landscape are gradually forming.
Living near the project area, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa (Lao Cai ward) said that the construction progress in the past time has changed significantly, and the project is "taking shape" every day.

“Previously, this area was sparse, now houses are springing up quickly, looking completely different. People all hope to complete it soon so that the area is more crowded, and services will also develop accordingly. Most importantly, many low-income people will have the opportunity to have stable accommodation, not having to rent rooms for a long time,” Mr. Hoa shared.
According to research, the project is built on an area of more than 1.66ha, including 4 12-story buildings, with a total floor area of about 66,560m2. When completed, the building will provide about 760 apartments, with areas from 45m2 to 76m2, meeting the housing needs of nearly 1,900 people.

Currently, many technical items such as electrical systems, drainage, and fire prevention and fighting have been basically completed. Some apartments have completed the rough construction, ready for buyers to design and construct interiors according to demand.
Talking to reporters, Mr. Tran Hong Nhat - Deputy Head of the Project Management Board - said that the unit is mobilizing more than 400 workers and many equipment to speed up progress, especially in the completion phase.
We are focusing maximum manpower, requiring contractors to maintain continuous construction. Despite the general difficulties of labor shortage due to many large projects being implemented at the same time, the units are committed to ensuring progress," Mr. Nhat informed.

According to Deputy Head of the Project Management Board Tran Hong Nhat, up to now, the two rear buildings are basically completed, the progress has reached 90% of the volume, and it is expected that the first 350 apartments will be handed over by the end of June.
With the remaining two buildings, scaffolding is being removed, preparing to paint and complete. We strive to complete it in the second and third quarters of this year to soon put the project into synchronous operation," Mr. Tran Hong Nhat added.

The project has a total investment of more than 630 billion VND, invested by the Consortium of Hacom Holdings Investment Joint Stock Company and Thanh Dong Ninh Thuan Joint Stock Company, implemented in the period 2024-2027.
Accelerating progress not only contributes to completing urban infrastructure in the left bank of the Red River, but also opens up housing opportunities for many low-income people, workers, and civil servants in the area.
