Previously, Do Thi Vung Tau Investment and Development Company Limited (a business that just won the auction of a land plot of more than 59.7 hectares in Vung Tau for more than VND 7,728 billion) sent a document to the Standing Committee of the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Party Committee to register to work.
In the document, this enterprise registered to work on the contents of the groundbreaking and progress of the 3/2 Road Urban Area project in Wards 10 and 11, Vung Tau City, with a total investment of nearly 35,000 billion VND.
At the same time, report on proposed ideas for projects in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province including: Mui Nghinh Phong commercial and service complex; Cu Lao Ben Dinh urban area; Go gas urban area; Bac Phuoc Thang eco-tourism area; Southwest Ba Ria urban area; and projects in Con Dao.
It is known that 4 of the projects that this unit is interested in are located in Vung Tau City, which are key projects that are being called for investment.
For example, the Cu Lao Ben Dinh Urban Area project is planned as a service urban area, forming a modern new urban area with a mixed function of housing - commercial services - offices; on an area of over 110 hectares, located in Wards 5, 9 and Thang Nhi Ward (Vung Tau City). The total estimated investment for the construction of items in the project is more than 30,000 billion VND.

The Mui Nghinh Phong area is considered a "golden land" of 13.8 hectares in the Vung Tau City area; planned to develop a complex of resort tourism, entertainment, high-end commercial services, taking advantage of the available natural landscape. The total estimated investment for the construction of items in the project is more than 10,700 billion VND.
Go gas is planned as a modern new urban area on an area of about 1,389 hectares, associated with the mangrove ecological space, with unique characteristics of Vung Tau City on the basis of exploiting the terrain, water surface and natural landscape characteristics of this area.
And the Bac Phuoc Thang area is planned as a modern ecological urban area combined with tourism; preserving the saline ecological landscape on an area of over 514 hectares to exploit experiential tourism.
